A magical step back in time
Every September the Revival recreates the golden era of Goodwood Motor Circuit, between 1948 and 1966. This extraordinary event, a theatrical and sporting drama, assembles the most significant racing cars and motorcycles along with legendary drivers and riders from the past and stars of today. The smell of engines mingles with the roar of iconic race cars at Goodwood Revival, celebrating the halcyon days of motor racing with the accompanying glamour of 1940s, ’50s and ’60s.
The motor circuit is where all the racing happens, but cross 'Over the Road' and you can enjoy all manner of drinking, dining, shopping experiences and fashion shows in our Revival Emporium, presented by Mastercard.
Friday 13th September - First Glance Friday
The Friday of the Revival gives guests the first chance to see all the cars, bikes and aircraft on show, as well as the mini-celebrations taking place across the Motor Circuit. There is one full race on Friday, the Kinrara Trophy - the most expensive grid in the world, but other competitors do their practice sessions on the day so visitors actually get to see lots of cars and bikes on the track on Friday.
Saturday 14th September - Sensational Saturday
With more qualifying and six races, much-loved off-track festivities Over the Road and shopping on the High Street, Saturday offers something for everyone.
Sunday 15th September - Super Sunday
With another eight races on the bill, Sunday is the most desirable for motorsport enthusiasts. All winners are crowned in the second parts of the Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy and St Mary's Trophy, plus the Royal Automobile Club TT Celebration.
