Jump on one of our Stagecoach local buses to travel across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex or on one of the routes that extend into Berkshire and Wiltshire. We’ve been delivering bus services to the local community for 30 years now so we like to think we’re pretty good at it!

From Chichester, you can experience great days out by bus to cities such as Portsmouth and Brighton as well as exploring the various attractions in and around Chichester.

Take a ride on the Route 60, and discover Midhurst; home to Cowdray Park and Woolbeding Gardens or Singleton and West Dean; where you will find West Dean Gardens and Weald & Downland Open Museum, it’s the perfect route for the best family day out.

Try a Route 51 for a trip to Selsey beach, or if golf is more your thing the 51 also stops close by to Chichester Golf Club too. The service runs up to every 15 minutes Monday to Friday daytime (up to every 20 minutes on Saturday) and also has late night buses Monday – Saturday too, so no need to book that taxi!

Fancy yourself as an explorer? Our Coastliner 700 is a popular route for those wanting to venture further afield, with connections to Portsmouth and Brighton. Take a seat on the top deck and enjoy the view! If you want to stay in Chichester, the Fishbourne Roman Palace is a short walk from The Woolpack stop and buses run up to every 20 minutes in Chichester, Monday to Friday daytime.

Our Route 55 will Fly you across Chichester to Tangmere, Boxgrove and Halnaker. If you are interested in Aircraft, Tangmere is home to the Tangmere Military Aviation Museum, which is directly on the route. You can catch a 55 up to every 20 minutes Monday – Friday daytime. It also stops at St. Richards Hospital, which is great if you want to welcome a new addition into the world and avoid car parking charges!

And remember, we offer great value tickets and they’re even cheaper if you download the Stagecoach Bus App, visit stagecoachbus.com for more information, or to download the app just search Stagecoach Bus on the App store or google play.
