Set on the edge of the picturesque Sussex Downs, Rooks Hill is the perfect retreat for visiting historic Chichester, glorious Goodwood and the many places of interest in this beautiful area.
The charming grade II listed house, overlooking the lovely Sussex countryside, has been painstakingly renovated to create a tasteful combination of character and contemporary style. It now offers six individually designed, light and airy luxurious rooms.
The sunny oak beamed breakfast room, with its log burner in cooler months, is where you'll enjoy your choice of a delicious full English breakfast, fresh fruit, cereals, Rooks Hills own fresh free range eggs, freshly baked bread and homemade preserves. Local and organic produce is used whenever possible.
On warmer days the French doors open onto the pretty wisteria-clad courtyard, overlooking the garden. Rooks Hill also offers a cosy guest lounge for you to relax in, well stocked with books, magazines and daily newspaper.
The superb 'Earl of March' country pub and restaurant is just across the road from us and there is another excellent pub with restaurant just 10 minutes' walk away.
A very warm welcome awaits you from the owners Ron and Lin, who ensure that customer care and attention to detail are second to none.

Take the A3 South. Exit at Milford
Join the A286 towards Midhurst (passing through Hazelmere).
At Midhurst continue on A286 heading towards Chichester
for about 8 miles.
Entering village of Lavant, pass the church on your left.
Rooks Hill is about 200 yards on your right.
From Brighton and the East
Take M/A27 west to Chichester ring road.
Take the A286 North towards Midhurst until you reach Mid Lavant.
Bear left at mini-roundabout.
